Don't laugh at the new name. As a matter of fact I like it for many reasons. For one, it's time to start thinking green, raise awareness and be proactive. The words "Waste Management" don't leave you guessing about what the company does. They could have chosen a more artistic name to cover the grit and grime associated with handling garbage. Growing up, I remember the words "sanitation engineer" used to refer to garbage men. Who's fooling who?
